Who Is The Coach?

Oops, there I go again! Yes the truth is, I’m holding a rapturous, and what I think is an engaging gaze with the person I am with, but my mind is giving me a wonderful feedback loop.

I’m hearing “Sssh, listen, tune in for goodness sake, ask the right question!” I am aware that I am starting to feel a little uncomfortable and recognise I am shifting in my chair.  I’m seeing someone who is looking for help.

I think I am a great coach, and that this is going OK.  I know what to do next and suddenly I find myself wondering: do I really know and how do I know?   Who is it that needs the help here?

Yes, my mind has appeared and I find myself venturing into my own worst story, which has the chapters, fear, doubt and judgement.

  • Have you ever found yourself wondering who is actually present during a coaching conversation?
  • Have you been triggered in some way with the conversation and emotion has crept in and caused a distraction?
  • Would you like to find out who you really are?

At the Conference, I will be introducing the ‘Journey Method ‘ which is a critically-acclaimed healing and transformational modality to uncover and awaken your limitless potential, and to apply it in every area of your life.

I will be inviting you to explore how your ego may affect you during a coaching conversation, particularly in relation to the stories your mind serves to tell you.

You are probably not who you think you are and we will explore what this means.

We will explore the difference between intention and attention as well as looking at ways of productive practice that serves you with the context of the ‘Journey Method’.

By the end, you will be invited to do three simple things that will serve you highest and best in all aspects of your life.

I look forward to sharing the ‘Journey Method’ with you and meeting you at the event.
